OBC Certificate (if available) :

A copy of your father, brother, sister, or other blood relative's OBC certificate from the paternal side, if available, is helpful.

Proof of Residence in Delhi Since 1993 :

You might need to provide documents like Electricity Bill, Water Bill, Telephone Bill, or House Tax receipts to prove your residence in Delhi since 1993.

Photographs :

Two passport-size photographs may be required.

Self-Declaration :

A self-declaration in the prescribed format will be needed.
